xqzzmeplz @thetipsyposher I did not even have to open the bag to know it was the sundress, thanks for bringing it to my attention!! I have dropped it back off at the post office as “refused”. I don’t know what I should do with this app though. I will let it go till tomorrow then see if you have given me any instructions. Otherwise I’ll say there was something wrong with the order. Again thanks so much for letting me know, hope all turns out well. Becky

luxenlavish @xqzzmeplz I’m so sorry, when it says “accept order” make sure to select DECLINE and request refund. Then once I receive the correct item I can send to you to reaccept if you still wish to purchase. My apologies!!

luxenlavish You sent the item back as “refused”. You have to decline the order through posh to receive a refund, so I would request it through the app.
