okcheather Hi! Thanks for purchasing my Marc Jacobs bag. As I was packaging it up to ship today I noticed a small spot at the top on the front. I was in a really brightly lit room so I guess it made it made it more evident that usual. I just wanted to let you know and give you the opportunity to cancel your order or make an offer for a lower amount if you still want to buy the bag. ashmatthew @okcheather hi there! The spot seems to be slightly lighter than the rest of the bag… Do you think it’s something that leather conditioner would remedy?

okcheather @ashmatthew yes, it is a little lighter. I’m not sure. It may just need conditioning, but I’m not an expert. If you still want it, I will open up the post that’s just the pic for you and you can send me an offer on there after canceling the other purchase. Given the uncertainty of the condition I’d take $30 for it, but otherwise I’d probably just keep it. Totally up to you.

ashmatthew @okcheather I’m definitely willing to pay 30 for it… I would be willing to pay the full 55 as it was for myself but I am purchasing it for a friend as a gift so in the event it’s not fixable I would probably not give it to her but I’m pretty good with leather so I would like to try! Should I cancel my other order? Then just purchase the other?

ashmatthew @okcheather I absolutely adore your honesty and I am so thankful! My best friend has had her heart set on a MJ bag for YEARS And I saw this one and it is just absolutely her style and we are both just full on thrift store, Poshmark, secondhand lovers and and I knew it would be the perfect Christmas present for her. I’m definitely willing to give it a little bit of TLC if it needs it
