aymengenito sorry you were dissatisfied hun. the into i gave you was the info that was given to me. to me knowledge it was authentic. — there is an option when receiving items to open a case so you wouldn’t of had to keep it. I would have been more happy to of received it back. Happy Poshing.

aymengenito @telestial it’s under the accept button. you would of had to select that instead of accepting the order. poshmark then reviews the case & makes a decision based off the evidence.

telestial @aymengenito it didn’t give me the option, only to leave a review - from there I contacted Poshmark for a return

aymengenito @telestial oh that means the case is in review but didn’t notify me that the case was in review & it does so i’m not sure. they will contact both of us (typically) since it effects us both.

aymengenito @telestial i don’t know. if it lets you, surely but poshmark will need to review the case & such. i have nothing to do w any of that bc it’s on your end through poshmark.

aymengenito @telestial it shows accepted on my end, so again, i’m not sure. Poshmark will review & make a decision i’m sure bc i had a similar situation w receiving an item that wasn’t the item in the description.
