Hi April, This is Nadia. I have the Sorel Tivoli boots you bought. I thought that the boots I had were Sorel Tivoli iii, but they are actually Tivoli ii. That means they look a little different than the pictures. Did you still want the boots? I have posted pictures of them so you can see them. They are the other boots in my account. I just don't want you to get them and be disappointed. I understand if you would rather cancel the order. I am sorry for the confusion!
