Hi Anna. The person who wanted the whole outfit with the skirt you liked asked if they could exchange it for something else. The skirt fits a 27 waist and is rayon. If you were interested in the whole outfit I could sell it to you but I don't want to sell just the skirt as a few other people have expressed interest in it and it is a great ensemble.
