dartmouththrift Hi! You just commented during my silent show, asking if silent shows have worked for me. I was in the middle of responding when the show ended and my response disappeared! I didn’t want to leave you hanging. I have been doing automatic silent shows for the last 3 days. So far I haven’t seen a bump in sales, but I think things have been slow generally this month. I’m willing to do them for the next couple of weeks and into august/September to see how it goes! Good luck with your silent shows 😊.

closetchic2 @dartmouththrift Thanks so much for responding. I really appreciate it. Yeah, I only had two people on for each show. I think I’ll give it a go a few more times. DartmouthThrift, are you Nova Scotia? I’m in Ontario but originally from Newfoundland.

dartmouththrift @closetchic2 yes, I’m in Dartmouth!! Haha cool! I lived in Labrador for a couple of years. The most I’ve had on my silent shows so far is 13 ppl. And that was during a show at 8:30 in the morning (I was surprised ppl are available for live shows in the morning). My shows are automated via Posh Sidekick. So they run themselves pretty much, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to run a show at that time.

closetchic2 @dartmouththrift Have you ever thought of doing live shows? My sister does and does very well. I’m just not that comfortable with live.

dartmouththrift @closetchic2 I’ve thought about it. I’m not comfortable in front of a camera. And I’m told it can take a quite a bit of prep work.
