hailtofashion Hi Ann, oh my gosh! I can't believe you haven't received your package yet! I shipped it on the 7th, I don't like that you haven't got your DVF top yet! I'm thinking due to USPS having an overwhelming amount of packages for Christmas that, that's why it's taking longer than usual. Can you please let me know if you receive it today? Thanks so much! & I'm so sorry you haven't got it yet. It reads that it was in transit to you on the 10th, crossing my fingers you get it today 😊

hailtofashion @akmcgeehan I just emailed Poshmark Support, if you click on your purchases & click on the item, & problems/order inquiry, contact Poshmark Support you can send them an email, I'm so sorry for the delay! I feel terrible about this! I know it's the holidays but I'm worried that it's taking so long! I really think you should have received your top by now 😭

I was hoping you would gotten it yesterday, I emailed Poshmark & let them know you hadn't received it & that the tracking information isn't showing any updates since the 10th! That's a whole week! Darn it probably is lost! I'm so sorry! I hope it shows up, maybe it'll still make it to you or shipped back to me but it's not fair to you either way! Poshmark should refund you though I really can't say when. Did you get a chance to email them?

hailtofashion Hi Ann, I did receive an email back from Poshmark Support, they requested that I contact them if you haven't received your package by the 21st, USPS is experiencing a super high volume of packages but still doesn't make me or you feel better about the situation!
