I just received your 2 star rating which I believe was undeserving based on the suggestions for improvement you left me which make no sense. My listing was very descriptive and provided many photos. The shoes were wrapped in pretty tissue paper in a new box and included a thank you card and mailed out the next morning. If you weren’t satisfied with your purchase, that wasn’t by any fault of mine and judging by the comments others have left you, I’m not the first to have an issue with you.

Hi I wanted to talk to you about the shoes. The nude pumps. How long was the bag outside for? I would have thrown them away too! These shoes were in storage until whenever I listed them. Maybe a few months ago. I tried them on before I listed them. The shoes went from being tried on, stored under my bed in a plastic bin and brought to the car then the post office. Photos?
