Hey girl! I didn’t want to sound harsh in the comments, I understand exactly what happened and Am frustrated for you. What has happened in the past if I express my sympathy to the buyer in return cases they have approved the return even though it was outside the acceptable reasons for returns and said it was because I said a return was okay.!!! If that makes sense! What I’m hoping is posh releases the earning to me and refunds you you’re money. Fingers crossed.
