ursula77 @aprovost4 hi there I just saw your comment & wanted to respond. Once you receive an item you have 3 days to accept it or not accept it. I would have kindly worked with you to make sure you were happy as I do with all of my buyers, this is why I have a 5 star rating. Once again I am so sorry you may be a first time buyer if so...Please read the Poshmark rules. Your rating is unfair I would have gladly given you a refund.

ursula77 @aprovost4 also you ordered on 3/1 they shipped to you same day and arrived to you on or before March 4th. Today is March 11th a week later. Please remember you have 3 days upon receiving. Also required when making a claim during the 3 days is you must post pics. I hope that helps!

provoo Yeah totally. I was in Berlin. I just got back last night and that’s why I immediately opened the box. I don’t mind changing the rating. I know it’s important to you. I just feel like if I had discovered this as i had but in a more timely fashion I would have dealt with it otherwise.

provoo @ursula77 The rating was something I was just hoping to get your attention with. It wasn’t more than that. I should have notified you that I wasn’t home to accept the package. But I also didn’t expect them to break. Dr. Martens are normally sturdy so it’s not typical for them to do that
