Hi. You'll love the dress you just bought from me. Feels great on and looks stunning. I used to wear it with a broach in the cleavage area to class it up and give that vintage vibe even more. Does not come with the crinoline skirt. You can find one for around $10 on Amazon though in a bunch of colors! If it doesn't fit in the bust area I believe you can have it altered for around $15-20 at any alterations shop.
