moderninthemix @alysseanderegg Hi Alysse, The tracking info says that the Anthropologie sweater was delivered to you on 3/26. First - You should have contacted Poshmark about not locating the package instead of accepting it. Second - The rating should be based on the quality of the item and time it took for us to ship it. We mailed your item less than 24hrs after you purchased. We have no control over USPS delivery, so to leave us a 1 star because you can’t locate the package is inaccurate.

moderninthemix @alysseanderegg Please email Poshmark so they can investigate with USPS and locate your package for you. We want you to get your sweater!
