Hi, I’m so sorry the controller isn’t working. I bought it a year ago for my son who passed before he got to use it. I haven’t been able to find the charger after he opened the package for his last birthday. Otherwise I would’ve charged it to make sure it worked. I just didn’t have a reason to suspect it wouldn’t. I’m happy to take it back and I’m sorry for the trouble. I’ll contact Poshmark and pay for the return. It was an honest mistake.
