Can you please send the shoes and then when I send the wrong item back you can go ahead and keep that money that I already spent? It seems a little ridiculous that I’m going to pay twice and wait for a refund when you sent the wrong item.

katenyc24 @alexrmorris11 sorry dear I have been traveling. I totally understand. Since I used the shipping label of your shoes once, I can not use it again. You can buy the shoes from the new listing and I can ship them immediately. Really sorry dor the inconvenience .

katenyc24 @alexrmorris11 when you receive the item that was shipped to you by mistake, you can let Poshmark know that you received the wrong item and they will refund you 100%.

alexrmorris11 @katenyc24 I just spent another $300 to purchase the shoes I already bought. I cant return the wrong item you sent and get refunded because I have not received it. Definitely not a great 1st time experience on this site.

alexrmorris11 Thank you for not responding to any of my comments. I am now having a problem with Poshmark support as they keep on requesting more photos of what you sent to me. I will now have to file a claim with my bank. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience.
