@laurianoalao how long ago did you comment? Sometimes it can take a few days for someone to get back to you. Or they might have missed your comment. You can try again or try commenting on their posher listing that has their picture. Worst case is if they are no longer active on posh anymore so they don't check their account at all and even if you did purchase the item it might cancel out if the seller doesn't ship the item in the required amount of time. Does their closet look active?
