You purchased a North Face jacket, submitted a very negative review. I’m sorry you were not happy with the purchase - I want buyers to be satisfied, I have contacted Posh Customer Service and have asked them to give you a total refund incl shipping - you can donate jacket to charity. I’m not sure how long this will take but I wanted you to know that I have addressed the issue and it should be resolved soon.
