susiemal23 HI Aaron! I got a return email from Posh stating that you as the buyer have to open up a case online under problems/ inquiry and let them know about the missing stone and they will refund you. The problem is it shows the ring was delivered sept 11. You must open a case within 3 days of delivery date. I’m sorry I couldn’t help with this. I tried!!
