maerayne @michellegordill ok so I’m not sure about the username one but if you go into your settings which is the far right in the bottom scroll all the way down and there’s a poshmark support click on there type in the search of changing username and it’ll walk you through it.

maerayne @For the bundling if you click on the like button in someone’s closet they get notified. In turn people will either A) send you an offer or B) start you a bundle and add your likes items to it. From there that person can send you an offer and whether or not they want to give discounted shipping.

maerayne The offer button makes the seller either give $9.99 or free shipping. The bundle button is great if you liked multiple items as a seller can choose to give a discount with so many items. Example is they could have 3 items gives 10% off. So once there’s say 3 items in your bundle it’ll automatically give a 10% discount. Hope this makes sense lol.

maerayne And for the followers, when someone joins poshmark the system automatically has you following people. It helps new buyers and sellers connect with the poshmark community faster. You can choose to un-follow someone but I wouldn’t. It connects you to shopping and people faster than if you were to try and pick whom you follow.

maerayne @You’ll now be able to pick and choose who you want to follow. Remember the more people you follow the more followers you’ll get and if you choose to sell you want as many followers as you can get cause that’s who’s going to buy from your closet. Let me know if you need anything else

maerayne @michellegordill send them an offer especially if it’s been sitting there for over an hour. And what you offer is entirely up to you. You’ll also have the option in whether or not you want to offer discounted shipping. That’ll help your sale but keep in mind in what you’ll get in the end

gensmiley Oops. Forgot my question 🙈 Bundling as a seller is tricky for me. How do you bundle or style someone? Do they have to like multiple items in your closet 1st? Or can you make suggestions like they sometimes do in physical stores?

maerayne @gensmiley ok so...bundling is great both for a buyer and seller. For you as a seller if someone likes an item go to the item in your closet. Hit the bundle button. Type in the likers username. Then go to your bundles and under the sell part you should see their name. Click on that. If they only liked one item then you can choose what discount you want to give them

maerayne @gensmiley or if you want to give a discount at all. See when you go through the bundle option you don’t have to offer the discount or have to give at least 10%. You have the control. But if a person likes multiple items just do it like I mentioned and once in their bundle scroll to the bottom. All their likes will be there. Hit the bundle button on each item. Then you can choose the discount and whether or not you want to give discounted shipping

maerayne @gensmiley you’ve probably noticed most of your offers you’ve received if you’ve liked something has come in a bundle. It’s great in giving the seller more control. You’ll find you’ll like it best. And it helps buyers who aren’t sure on how to bundle either. Let’s you do it for them to help them out. Hope this all made sense lol and helps you. 😊

gensmiley @maerayne Thanks so much for all your help on this Billie! So I think my main problem is finding that particular bundle button! Because when I select the item, I only see 2 bundle icons/buttons. The one on the top tool bar called My Bundles, and the one beside the comments section called Seller Discounts. When i click on either of those, they don't seem to produce a window where I can then enter a likers name. I'm sure I'm missing something. Lol.

maerayne @gensmiley your welcome and the bundle icon you want to use is the one on the listing but don’t click on your listing to open it. Just find the item in your closet then click on the bundle button without opening it up.
