snowballshop How can I see the "bundle" a shopper is creating in my closet?? 😬 Months ago, I read somewhere that a yellow symbol (dot or check mark) would show next to the listing that had been added to a bundle while the customer continues shopping- I have never seen that- even when shopping and creating my own shopping Bundle in a closet!

blissfulshopper @snowballshop Hello! Thank you for all your sweet comments! I appreciate it!💕 When someone is creating a bundle you can see it in your feed. It will say "this listing has been added to a bundle". I am not sure of a yellow dot, or where else you can view the bundle info. I have seen a yellow sign that says "reserve" on the listing in my closet when someone was in the process of paying for a bundle though.

blissfulshopper @snowballshop As far as creating a special bundle price for someone, you just create a "new listing" with the pictures of all the bundle items, and set it as the price you agreed upon with the buyer. Then mark the original listings of the items as "Not for Sale", so no one will purchase something that is no longer available. Hppe this helps!!!!😀😊☺💜💜💜 You have a fab closet as well!!!🎀🎀🎀

cgbmgb Hi Blissfull! I have another question for you concerning a sale of mine. Someone purchased a swimsuit from me & then decided she liked a hat in my closet as well. I told her I would cancel the sale & she can purchase it again & bundle the hat for a discount. She agreed but when she went to redo the purchase the swimsuit still states "sold" and won't allow her to go further. Any advice on how to make this sale work? Do I need to do something or does she?

blissfulshopper @fashionfury Hello! Welcome to Poshmark!😃 To categorize your closet, you should first start off by creating a 'Title" listing. 1.Go to "Sell an item" 2. Find a picture for your title listing 3. Enter generic info for category, size, etc. and set the price for $0. 3. Then share the items that you want under that "Title" listing (ex: Handbags) 4. Then repeat the steps for the next "Title" listing.

mypinkrooster Hi again, this has puzzle me about the stains on the jacket. I think i know what happen. I sprayed a fabric refresher on the jacket, the sprayer must have been refilled with something other than fabric refresher by one of my shop workers. I do apologize again, I had to figure out what happen to such a great new jacket. I do not take things lightly like this, as I am sure you are the same way! Does the stain pattern on the jacket look like it could have been a spray? Thanks!

mypinkrooster I just got the approval notice from Poshmark about the case. I replied and told them about what I think happen and the return was unnecessary. The cost of the label would be a waste, if the damage is as you say and I have no doubt it must have been the liquid in the fabric refresher bottle..Thanks

When Poshmark has made thier decision, I believe it's final. I will be mailing it back today. I'm not keeping something stained. Thank you anyway. I appreciate your quick shipping, and response.
