My name is Shannon, and I love nature. I am a trail and ultrarunner, as well as a certified coach. I also have four kids and a day job. This means a lot of online shoe shopping with some occasional misfires.🙃 I think running should be fun and that you should wear what makes you feel good so I am always in search of stylish or unique (practical) items.
