alwayssposh @jennagal hey Hun! Yes I've had that experience. They claimed my juicy couture bracelet was unauthentic and had it sent back to me. Once I got it, I realized the packaging wasn't even opening /: I told poshmark but there was nothing I could do, they had already refunded.... But poshmark usually does an investigation and looks at the description you posted and their claim and see if it matches. They also have to submit photo evidence so they will compare that aswell! Which item is it ?

I personally will email posh a snapshot of the posts (description and pictures) to prove your case if i were you because you are totally right i believe as well!!! people think they are going to get a perfect condition bag for not even 1/10th the price!! gets me so mad!

4doggypawz So my share group is not a sign up daily group. I have 13 groups of 6-8 Poshers mist are SU and huge followers...each day each group is assigned another group to share. You share one group of 6-8 Poshers and share 10 items from closet. You have 24 hours to finish. I post the assignment listing the night before as you can start as early as midnight! This is every day...of course I do breaks on holidays and many are on Vacay status.

4doggypawz Or they just need a month break here and there. But they are still a member i list them at bottom with there return date. You would have daily 60-80 extra shares being in the group. No drama for as large as it is..,amazing group and everyone works so well together. Once the assigned group is shared you sign out completed with date and group shared. So if you look at one I'll tag you on you can see how it is set up and the members in it!

alwayssposh @michelad how odd.. why did she want the order to be canceled? from what i remember reading the buyer had 3 hours to cancel an order as a mistake purchase, but from my experience, i would just cancel it anyway, you never know what will happen when they receive it /: i've had someone purposefully ruin an item just to try to get their money back

Its just there are SOO many people sharing and so many items being shared that by the time you go to the party your listing is on the bottom (: As long as the listing is in the right party it does share ! alwayssposh @jenatt I do follow a lot of people on IG that are resellers, and I see alot of people who dont share or are active on Posh but make a couple sales a week. It also depends on the brands of items you have and the covershots! I recently got a mannequin and i've noticed a HUGE difference in the amount of likes and follows I get :)

jenatt @suzzzann I have a dilemma and not sure what the right thing is. A user asked if I'd take $30 (orig $35)and I told her I would but to hit offer. She said it wasn't letting her. Then the day went by and I tried twice to see if she was still interested. Then I had a $20 offer from 2nd user and countered at $30. 1st user apologized for the delay but then offered the $30. Then my counter offer was accepted for $30. Who has first rights? The first verbal offer or the second counter? 😧. Thanks!!
