telitabobita Hi! I am new to posh and have a couple questions if you don't mind... How do I get a flag by my user name? I tried yesterday when I changed my user name.. Also,how do I make sure I only have Canadian buyers as I am sure the postage will be Alot... Or what do you do? How do I make changes to my closet,like remove an item or change the price. Sorry to lay this all on you but I need a Canadian to answer these. I have looked everywhere for info on these questions..

koshfinds Hi @telitabobita, thanks for reaching out. I have tried to answer your questions below: 1) I am not sure which flag are you referring to next to your name? If you mean the Canadian flag, then simply go to your Profile, Edit and only in your Frist Name field can you add a Canadian flag emoji.

koshfinds @telitabobita 2) Currently, Poshmark Canada is set up so that you can only ship items within Canada. Once, you make a sale an email will be sent to you on the email you registered on Poshmark. This will confirm the sale and have a Pre-Paid Canada Post Label with the buyers information on it. The shipping rate is a flat rate of $12.99 which the buyer pays to Poshmark.

koshfinds @telitabobita 3) As for US users, they can and may follow you, and you can do the same if you wish. There is no cross border shipping available just yet. However, you can share and follow their closets. Simply go the top main app page with 3 lines on the top left. When the menu slides open you will see a Canadian flag on the top right. Simply click on it to select the US flag instead and you will be on Poshmark US!

koshfinds @telitabobita 4) For packing I usually use tissue for clothing and other non-fragile items and a bubble envelope to ship it in. For fragile, items I use bubble wrap and then tissue paper for presentation and depending on the dimensions of the item it will either go in a bubble envelope or a cardboard box (I usually recycle Amazon boxes).

koshfinds @telitabobita 5) The flat shipping fee of $12.99 is applicable to items up 2.5 kg. Anything above that there is a slight incremental fee you pay. This schedule, alongwith many more answers to everyday questions can be in the Help section of the app/website. Hope I was able to answer all your questions. koshfinds @telitabobita 6) To Edit an item, simply click on the listing and it will take you to the edit page, if you scroll down you will see the option to edit descriptions, prices, availability etc.

koshfinds @telitabobita I havent had to do that personally tbh. The pre-paid label is tracked by Canada Post. My best practise to ensure the parcel gets received and scanned and thus tracked, is to personally hand drop it at a Canada Post location with a clerk that works there. And yes if the package is over 5 lbs or 2.5 kg whatsever the difference is weight is covered by the seller. One number I know off the top of my head is if the item is 3 kg, you pay $1 more.

koshfinds @telitabobita In terms of tips, honestly, I too am figuring it out and learning everyday. But I do find researching all the items you list for comps and stock photo helps a lot! I dont have a studio per say, just turned my former bedroom into a storage/photo studio. Btw I love the Avon mugs and th candy dish listed in your closet. 🥂

koshfinds @telitabobita hi thank you, I really appreciate your kind words 🙏. After adding the category posters I.e. the $1,000,000 listings, I manually shared items that fell in those category. For example, share the pants listed in my closet first and finally share the pants poster (as you share your listing they move to the top of your closet). Its tedious but a little manageable with a small closet. Hope that helps!
