Medium velvet burn-out stretchy top

Very cute dressy velvet burn-out top. This has a one button closure at the back of the round neckline. It stretches, but is meant to fit, not be loose. It’s a nice burgundy, not exactly see-through, but I wouldn’t wear a white bra under. Stick with black and it will be less noticeable. You could also wear a a fitted camisole. Very soft rayon,polyester blend. Pit to pit 18”
