Eddie Bauer All Week Long Black Velvet Jumper

Vintage 1990’s Silk/Rayon blend velvet jumper. Dress this up with a ruffled blouse, or keep it more casual with a camisole underneath. This has a long, lean look, with 9 functional velvet covered buttons down the front, a 13” kick pleat in the back, and a silk cord to wrap around the waist a couple times and tie.
