Ordered both off TikTok shop. Worn the white one once for 2 hours. Other has never been worn. Both are Medium and true to size, snug up top and then flowy/loose fitting (a-line style). Both have shoulder ties. Both have smocked tops so they are stretchy, the white one has smocking in the back underneath the lace up part.

Yes, both busts are 14” the one is fully smocked all the way around and the white one has a smocked back underneath the tie up part. They are both 48” long.
