Hi. You purchased the watch from me. I didn’t realize It was not functioning because it was new and had that little plastic thing that you take off before you use it. If you have the battery number, I will send you a battery. I’m so sorry, I didn’t know, or I definitely would have said something.

I never wanted to take that plastic thing out, but maybe somehow it came out and wasted the battery. I’m a little confused about the cleanliness part. I don’t like unhappy customers, and will try to make it right! Lmk
