@daisies913 they have a band. they are maternity scrubs. I don't like my scrubs tight and they grew with me. but did not look sloppy. And really comfortable. I will check here in a few minutes when I get back he to confirm the pants are large

@daisies913 so I was wrong. the pants are medium. I think they run a little big. I wear a size 10-12 in pants. and I wore these all the way up to 39 weeks when I had my son.
