@kellyyy324 I would say TTS and could fit a range given the shape and ability to tie (or not) at waist—I’m a 4 and think it would work for a size up or down.

@blueskie9 it’s a cotton block print … so depending on the location/time of day it’s possible with accessories/shoes, but the material is cotton! Hope that helps!
