Comes with Dust Cover. Suede lined, patent leather trim, and I believe it is lamb skin. This bag is in excellent condition. Got it around 2005 and it was only used a handful of times. There is one spot on the leather flap where it looks like the leather has a little lighter colored irregularity, and the suede had darkened from age in spots, but overall the leather, patent leather, and hardware are in fantastic condition. About 15” long x 6” wide. The drop is adjustable at 12” or less
