vrdnmartin @jswsgstyle Hello, I am so sorry things didn’t quite turnout. I call myself taking pictures of the outer sole in the listing. I try to disclose anything I know about the item, as integrity is very important to me. If I had known about the inside being crushed, I would have disclosed this as well. jswagstyle @vrdnmartin hello! I appreciate your prompt reply! It’s more the discomfort of the heel and I’m going to try to heat up with a blow dryer then remold if possible. I’m going to keep them as I mentioned in the comment the uppers are in really good condition. If I can figure out how to change my original comment I will add a star and let it be known that you didn’t know about the issue with the heel counter!
