sundaey922 Dear Sophie, I’ve encountered problem with the shipment and Poshmark customer service is absolutely absent!! I sent numerous emails and there is no phone line to reach them! I’m super worried what’s going to happen to the bag. But I just want to let you know the situation.

This is the exact wordings from the Posh rep: “ the easiest way would be for you can cancel this pending order and re crest a listing specifically for Sophie to purchase. Please reply once Sophie purchased the new listing and we will process it under that specific order. “
