Hi! Has the item shrunk at all since you purchased it? I have a similar shirt from Madewell in size M which is now too tight on my chest because I put it in the dryer

@jesssader Hi! This item hasn't shrunk, as far as I'm aware. I usually hang items to dry and then just put them in the dryer for a couple minutes to soften. I've only worn this a couple times. I went ahead and measured the item, if that would help. Pit to pit is 20 inches. Length (shoulder to bottom) is 21.5 inches. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
