sharminfaruque @misswhitneykay sure, I am 5’1” and 124 pounds. I usually wear a small but this runs more like a medium and it’s too long on me. Otherwise I love this piece and wouldn’t sell it.

sharminfaruque @misswhitneykay the waist is 19 inches buttoned and 15 inches if put the belt all the way in the tightest hole to make the waist smaller if you need to. The belt is 60 inches long with 5 holes.

sharminfaruque @misswhitneykay sorry for the confusion, I measured the jacket laying it flat. I just tried it on to make sure. I am a size 26 1/2 waist and when I put the buckle to the smallest, it was tight on me. So I would say the smallest it goes to is 25 inches. Hope this helps.
