Gorgeous ruffled long sleeve blouse by MNG. Cream/off-white color, ruffled details on the shoulders, delicate buttons down the front. Bought originally on Thred Up, but really haven't found many occasions to wear it. Measurements are from TU. Any questions, let me know!
