sierrafreya hi, can you post a picture of the back of the coat and hood logo? and confirm that this is a ~2016, or did you purchase this second hand? can you describe the damages a little better - is anything else included aside from pilling on the collar and the rip in the main zipper at the bottom of the coat? is this from a smoking household? Is the picture of the sleeve trying to communicate runs in the fabric?
