Hi! I have these in 37.5 and I’m usually a US 7 and I can’t even get them on. How would you say the 39 fits compared to a US size?

These 39’s were slipping around on my size 8.5 foot. Maybe they were a fluke.
I am wearing the drivers almost exclusively now. They have more “give” than a structured shoe.

The length of the sole is 10.5.
Width of sole at widest part is 3.5.
