@karolinaaah this is my 3rd one! It is the best tool ever I had one and loved it. I took it to Vegas and somebody in housekeeping stole it. It was awful, but I never was able to retrieve it back. So I bought another one. It lasted me 2 1/2 years and the internal parts went out in it and it was not under warranty. I had to throw it away last week. I’m super bummed so this will be my third one lol

They literally took it right out of the bathroom the day before we left. We didn’t notice it until we got home and didn’t have it and it was bright pink so it’s not like you could leave your room and not see it lol and we always check every single drawer counter covered the whole 9 yards when we check out of places so yeah it was pretty brutal, but they’re worth so much money and I always bought Direct from Dyson and always paid way more
