Low rise 2.5 inch inseam, liner is intact. These are in good condition, no stains or rips just a little peeling on the back top right of the waist band. I bought these about 3 years ago and they’ve only been worn a handful of times. They are a pretty baby blue color. Feel free to make an offer or ask questions!
