saunderskill HI...the first 4 photos are form Lululemon website and a dark navy...your photos make the color look more teal/Royal blue. Is it dark navy or a lighter color?

altonfamily FYI be careful using the stock photos. I sold that same color jacket in the navy blue and buyer filed a claim saying the jacket was lighter than in the photos. She was claiming that she thought it was the color of the stock photos which is a dark navy. Even though I stated it was a light navy and pictures were not reflecting the true color. PM ruled in her favor.

stephezeuzoh @altonfamily, thank you for the heads-up. The item matches the stock image used otherwise I wouldn’t have included it. The color appears brighter because I used flash photography, making it reflect more, which is why I always include a disclaimer in the product description. :)

altonfamily @stephezeuzoh unfortunately, I did not specify that the stock photo was only being used to show style. But you could clearly tell the jacket was a different blue and I specified in the description light navy blue. I feel like you have to be so specific and include disclaimers to cover yourself. I really think it was buyers remorse but not much I can do.
