Lucy Paris Amelia Flowy Maxi Skirt in Vibrant Blue, Women's M. Made in double layer light chiffon material giving this skirt a very flattering, flowing skirt design. The waist is not stretchy and has a hidden side zipper with hook eye closure to keep the waist band secure. Material is 100% polyester and the lining is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Please note that the hook needs some repair as one of the tabs isn't as secure as it should be.
