These boots have brown goat tops with CFS #1 chain and Kennedy pullstraps. *They run small so I would guess they would not fit anyone over a size 7. There is a copy of an email from Lucchese customer support that's if the research on the boots. They were not able to provide production date, so my guess is vintage, though not guaranteed.
