smreynolds13 Hello, I hope this message finds you well. Would you be willing to print off a redacted receipt from your LV account and include it in the box when shipped? Aside from the ink marks, are there any other callouts; tarnishing or scratches on the hardware, wear on the corners or glazing, zipper working properly, etc. Lastly, are you taking offers? smreynolds13 @polvo09 - thank you for responding so promptly, I appreciate it. So I have an LV account and I have a username and password that I sign in to and there is a history tab that list all the items that I have purchased at LV; even ones I’ve purchased in another country.. Are you able to sign in and pull up the history and do a screenshot?

smreynolds13 @polvo09 - Ok, mine looks different - it actually shows a picture of the the item, just like yours does and then it will show the location (state or country), but the bag was purchased at.

smreynolds13 @polvo09 - So, I just logged into my LV account and in the upper right hand corner there is a ”menu” tab and when I click on that, there’s an option “orders”. Once I click on that, it does show a picture of the item, and an item number, to include the date that the item was purchased. Are you able to do a screenshot to at least show the “my history” part?
