@mailife2000 hi! It is a scuff mark. I am sure the store would be willing to repair. It also is not very noticeable at all. There are no marks in the entire interior. Would you like me to post a closer picture?

@mailife2000 my last offer I sent is the lowest I can go with being able to take home $900. Most over neverfulls on Poshmark are listed over $1500 and have lots of signs of wear and tear. I have not seen any with the original packaging like I have.
