I purchased this bag back in 2021 at the Louis Vuitton store in Cancun and only have used it 3 to 4 times. Due to the black leather strap being twisted (came that way) so I cut it off with the intention to sew it back on the correct way. However I actually liked it better with the additional straps I purchased. I will include those plus the orignal leather strap. You can take it to a cobbler or sew it back your self.
