The metal/hardware is bright and shiny, the inside is a lovely reddish/wine suede, the outside red trim adds a nice punch of color, perfect for anytime of year! This is a good sized bag, approx 13.5-14” wide, 9” tall, and 5” in depth. This is a zippered section in the middle, on either side it is open.
