lindsaylauer162 @birdsfromheaven the carrier damaged it. You’re getting a refund and I’m getting compensated as well. This was a USPS issue that Poshmark is handling as described in the emails and private messages. They’ve escalated the matter to be sure you’re refunded as they wrote in the private messages.
