This is a Los Angeles Apparel wrap dress, it is heavy ribbed cotton and really nice quality. I love it, just lost some weight and now it is a little loose on me. I'd buy a new one but they are sold out online. Great condition, just may contain a stray white hair from my very fluffy white golden retriever. It's impossible to keep them off everything!
