What material is that? Looks like fleece inside, what is the outer? And is the color true?

True color, yes it’s fleece inside but remember it is a vintage shirt so it’s not gonna be like new fleece if that makes sense but the outer is just regular cotton or like a regular sweater ... but with those combine it is sorta thick
