I have run into a problem, in packaging your items, it is well over the oversized weight limit. I am so sorry, I did not know about the 10lb limit. I have contacted customer support (no live support available), explaining the situation and asking them to cancel the order. After, perhaps I can group the order into 4 bundles (current weight is ~20lbs). Again, my apologies. I hope the comment find you.

I was packaging your bundle from yesterday and it it way over the PM weight limit, so I will need to cancel somehow? I have reached out to PM, but not sure if they will get back with me.
