Elegant halter dress with blue and cream tones. Features intricate circular detailing. This dress is from the 1980’s and is such a classic. I am 5’7” and it is full length to the floor. It has slight discolor in the detail but appears as if supposed to be that way. It was my mother’s and I wore to a garden party and received many compliments.
